The Beneteau First 50 sailboat is a renowned vessel in the "cruiser-racer" range built by the French shipyard Beneteau.

The First 50, designed by Philippe Briand and launched around 2006- 2007, is known for being one of the fastest and most contemporary-styled models in the 50-foot range. 

Naval Designer: The hull and waterline design was created by Philippe Briand. He drew inspiration from his megayacht designs, aiming for racing performance with elegant lines. 

Interior and Styling Designer: The interior design and deck styling were the work of Nauta Design (Italy), in collaboration with Veerle Battiau.
