Ce magnifique Passoa 47 a été construit aux chantiers Garcia. Les frères Garcia amis du propriétaire ont directement participé à sa construction. Lafko a profité d'un cahier des charges des plus exigeant ayant été proposé par le propriétaire et issu de l'expérience d'une première construction Garcia avec laquelle il avait déjà réalisé des expéditions dans les glaces. Le dog house avec sa table à carte est un modèle de confort pour la veille tout temps, les boiseries sont du meilleur niveau, bien au dessus de tous les chantiers actuels, ce voilier bénéficie d'un niveau de finition, électrique, mécanique, accastillage, ergonomie exceptionnel.
La carène est conçue pour allonger la foulée sur sa longueur de flottaison. L'équilibre sous voile est excellent, ce pur voilier reste raide à la toile avec peu de gite. La seconde dérive arrière permet de disposer d'une barre très douce, point important pour préserver longtemps le pilote automatique.
Découverte : A votre arrivée à bord, vous aurez immédiatement un sentiment de solidité, de qualité et de sécurité évidente. L'ensemble de ce voilier a été réalisé et entretenu par ses propriétaires, très expérimentés et exigeants, avec cet objectif.
Le cockpit très spacieux dispose de bancs permettant une veille confortable, la jupe immense offre des coffres volumineux pour le rangement, ils constituent par ailleurs des crashs box. Le poste de barre permet de visualiser l'étrave tout en ayant une vision parfaite du plan de voilure. Les déplacements sont fluides et sécurisés (détail : l'ensemble des chandeliers et portique ont été peints à l'époxy à chaud ...).
A votre entrée dans le bateau, le poste de veille vous appelle, vous ne voudrez plus le quitter... Vue à 360 degrés permettant une veille parfaite, table à carte et instruments directement à disposition, ce poste de veille reste en contact direct avec la zone de vie.
Trois marches vous amènent au carré.
Le poste de veille/table à carte est parfaitement intégré dans les emménagements sans impacter le volume du carré, c'est une vraie gageure, au seul bénéfice du propriétaire qui l'a lui-même dessiné et dont les frères Garcia se sont largement inspirés par la suite...
Immédiatement la qualité et la finition des boiseries vous marqueront, la clarté liée aux nombreux hublots et à une essence de bois miel est des plus agréables.
Le carré et son incroyable volume vous accueille chaleureusement à la descente du poste de veille, on y découvre une très grande cuisine, en face de la descente, un placard à cirés et bottes (chauffé) et un carré immense et confortable.
Une ambiance chaude type " chalet savoyard » des plus agréable règne partout dans ces aménagements.
A l'arrière, une très belle cabine double avec ses placards et sa bibliothèque, une seconde cabine double avec des bannettes superposées larges et confortables. Le poste moteur est un modèle du genre, blanc immaculé (moteur inclus), agencement des périphériques simple et très clair.
Sur l'avant du carré, la cabine " propriétaire » et sa salle de bain avec toilette vous accueille. Elle est aussi équipée d'une bibliothèque et d'un petit bureau/ coiffeuse. Une partie de la cloison peut s'ouvrir vers le carré, option très sympa en mer afin de disposer d'une communication entre cette cabine extrêmement confortable et le carré surtout lors de navigation en couple.
Enfin dans la zone avant du bateau un atelier, rangement, légumier aux mêmes standards de finition que l'ensemble du bateau permet de stocker tout le nécessaire du bord et de disposer d'un petit établi bien utile en grand voyage.
Le pic avant est isolé de l'aménagement par une porte étanche. Cette zone est elle-même isolée de la baille à mouillage par une cloison étanche.

This magnificent Passoa 47 was built at the Garcia shipyard. The Garcia brothers, friends of the owner, were directly involved in its construction. Lafko benefited from the most demanding specifications proposed by the owner, based on the experience gained from a previous Garcia build, with which he had already undertaken expeditions in icy waters. The doghouse with its chart table is a model of comfort for all-weather watchkeeping, the woodwork is of the highest standard, well above all current shipyards, this sailboat benefits from an exceptional level of finish, electrical, mechanical, deck hardware, ergonomics.
The hull is designed to maximize the stroke length along its waterline. The balance under sail is excellent; this pure sailing yacht remains stiff with minimal heel. The second aft centerboard provides very light steering, an important feature for preserving the autopilot's performance over time.
First Impressions: Upon boarding, you'll immediately feel a sense of solidity, quality, and obvious safety. This entire sailboat was built and maintained by its highly experienced and meticulous owners with this objective in mind.
The very spacious cockpit features benches for comfortable watchkeeping, and the expansive swim platform offers ample storage lockers that also serve as crash boxes. The helm station provides a clear view of the bow while maintaining a perfect understanding of the sail plan. Movement is fluid and safe (note: all stanchions and the arch have been hot-dip epoxy coated).
Upon entering the boat, the watch station beckons, and you won't want to leave it... With a 360-degree view allowing for perfect watchkeeping, a chart table and instruments directly at your fingertips, this watch station remains in direct contact with the living area.
Three steps lead you to the saloon.
The watch station/chart table is perfectly integrated into the accommodations without impacting the saloon's volume�a true feat, designed solely for the benefit of the owner, who conceived it himself and from whom the Garcia brothers subsequently drew considerable inspiration...
The quality and finish of the woodwork will immediately impress you; the light, thanks to the numerous portholes and the honey-toned wood, is most pleasant.
The saloon, with its incredible volume, warmly welcomes you as you descend from the watch station. There you'll find a very large galley, opposite the companionway, a heated locker for foul-weather gear and boots, and a vast, comfortable saloon. A warm, inviting 'Savoyard chalet' atmosphere pervades the entire layout.
Aft, there's a beautiful double cabin with built-in lockers and a bookcase, and a second double cabin with wide, comfortable bunk beds. The engine room is a model of its kind, immaculately white (including the engine), with a simple and very clear layout of the peripherals.
At the front of the saloon, the owner's cabin and its en-suite bathroom with toilet await you. It is also equipped with a library and a small desk/dressing table. Part of the bulkhead can be opened towards the saloon, a very convenient feature at sea, allowing for easy access between this extremely comfortable cabin and the saloon, especially when sailing as a couple.
Finally, in the forward area of the boat, a workshop/storage area, finished to the same high standards as the rest of the boat, provides ample storage for all onboard essentials and a small workbench, very useful on long voyages.
The forward peak is separated from the main living area by a watertight door. This area is itself separated from the anchor locker by a watertight bulkhead.
