Beneteau Oceanis 45

Launched in 2011, the Oceanis 45 is a sailboat that perfectly combines performance, comfort, and safety. The boat was awarded "Yacht of The Year" in 2012, a highly regarded accolade in the boating world. Beneteau offers a spacious vessel with an open and well-designed deck, a very enveloping bimini, a double wheel, synonymous with space at the stern, with a major innovation: the aft bench can switch to a swim platform to "live the sea". Access inside is via a very gentle 45-degree inclined staircase, leading to a refined atmosphere with an L-shaped galley on port side extended by the chart table, and a saloon ideal for 10 persons starboard. We purchased our new Oceanis at the La Rochelle boat show and have maintained it with care and passion to this day. The navigation electronics are from B&G, reliable and ergonomic. We equipped the boat with 650W of solar panels ensuring excellent autonomy. We also added extra water tanks bringing the fresh water capacity to 750L. The galley has two refrigerators, including a negative cold one essential for keeping products in perfect freshness. There is a washing machine (220V) for laundry at the dock. The cabin mattresses are new (2025). The safety gear is up to date for semi-offshore category. The engine is a highly reliable and economical Yanmar 75 HP turbocharged. Oil change was done in 2026, with a green indicator. For port maneuvers, the boat is equipped with a bow thruster, and the aft deck is a marvel of functionality and comfort both at sea and in port. We are selling the boat after very happy use due to a change of horizon. The port berth can be transferred under certain conditions. More information and photos on xboat.fr
