FOUNTAINE PAJOT LUCIA 40 MAESTRO – 2016 – €360,000 VAT included

Lucia 40 in the Maestro owner version, in excellent condition and ready to sail this season. Before sale in 2025, it underwent a complete refit at Canet Boat Plaisance yard: over €20,000 of work on a single invoice, including a full overhaul of the sail-drives. Its maintenance history is documented by invoices since 2021. No work required.

THE BOAT
Maestro version: 3 cabins, 2 bathrooms, 2 electric heads. The starboard hull is entirely dedicated to the owner. Designed by Berret-Racoupeau, the Lucia 40 features a bright saloon, a protected cockpit, and a Flexiteek deck.

OWNERSHIP
2 x Volvo Penta D1-30 30hp, sail-drives 130S, approximately 1,700 hours.
Annual service according to Volvo recommendations, with hours recorded on each invoice.
2025: removal of both sail-drives for servicing and new hull seals, engine overhaul, new starboard MDI.
Foldable triple-blade propellers treated with Propspeed.

EQUIPMENT
Complete Garmin electronics, new Airmar DST810 tridata transducer in 2024.
Autopilot with remote control.
Fixed VHF and portable VHF.
Bow thruster with remote control.

Refurbished sail-drives with new hull seals, engine overhaul, starboard MDI, new lazy bag, Seajet 039 Platinum antifouling, Propspeed, anodes, polishing and waxing of the Flexiteek, replacement of deck panel outlines, gelcoat repairs, mast track sliders replaced, sails cleaned, new anchoring chain, liferaft serviced, cushions cleaned, new sunpad cushion, complete interior and exterior cleaning.

MAINTENANCE HISTORY
2024: engine overhauls, heat exchangers cleaned with new thermostats, diesel tank cleaned, new Airmar transducer, antifouling.
2023: engine overhauls, starboard seawater pump replaced, antifouling.
2022: engine and sail-drive overhauls, antifouling, Propspeed.
2021: engine overhauls, antifouling, Propspeed, new Gala dinghy.

PRICE AND CONDITIONS
€360,000 VAT included.
Beneficial lease return: for a liable buyer, 20% VAT can be recovered on the €101,700 balance (until late October 2026).
Possibility of a berth in Marseille through Elissa Yachting.
