This well-maintained Alpa 11.50 class 74, built and designed in Italy, is a sloop that combines optimal sailing performance with exceptional comfort thanks to its spacious cockpit. The interior layout is intelligently and comfortably designed, including a double berth cabin, a convertible saloon with double and single beds, and another single bed beside the chart table. The current owner, an experienced sailor and sailing enthusiast, has significantly upgraded the onboard equipment. Electronics have been updated over the years: depth sounder and log in 2020, chartplotter in 2008, and Raymarine autopilot in 2020. The running and standing rigging was renewed in 2021. The sails are in excellent condition: large battened sail with furling genoa (changed in 2021), as well as a symmetrical spinnaker and a storm jib onboard. The engine, a Midif Diesel 30 horsepower, was replaced in 2002 and has 744 hours of operation (January 2025), with shaft drive and a 4-blade propeller. An inflatable Quicksilver dinghy with an electric TEMO motor from 2020 is also included.

In terms of autonomy and energy balance, this sailboat is a model of efficiency: the battery charger and inverter were replaced in 2021. Two flexible 55W solar panels and three service batteries, also replaced in 2021, ensure reliable power supply. LED lighting completes this high-performance setup.
