Aluvoile Chatam 60

I am selling my Gilbert Caroff plan, the CHATAM 60, a cruising cutter, made entirely of aluminum with a 1.10 m / 3.20 m draft, built as a one-off.
Owner's words:
"Solid, with its 16 millimeters thick aluminum bottom, twin diesel engines, 3 heating systems, everything is designed for navigation to distant destinations.
The boat underwent a refit in 2017/18.
Thanks to its fully enclosed and insulated wheelhouse (sliding watertight door), the helm station is perfectly protected. With its two rudders and pivoting keel, the CHATAM 60 sits flat and allows for anchoring with its shallow draft. This CHATAM 60 is a second-hand, fully equipped, low-use boat.

Construction of a closed and insulated wheelhouse. Rigid bulwarks, arch, and dinghy davit. Electronics upgrade and rewiring, installation of generator, desalination unit, Dikinson stove, and Eberspacher heating."

"This ready-to-navigate CHATAM 60 is a unique boat with its insulated wheelhouse and 16mm thick bottoms.
It handles easily with 2 crew on board, even solo.
Running maneuvers such as reefing and taking in sail are done at the foot of the mast, safely.
The onboard comfort is exceptional, and navigation from the wheelhouse's watch station is incomparable."
