Very beautiful Apreamare 12 from 1999, with freshly replaced teak deck.

Two cabins and two bathrooms version, with a forward sunbathing area and an hydraulic passerelle. This unit is perfect for cruising with friends or family.

This boat is powered by two Volvo Penta TAMD 74 engines of 480 horsepower in line shaft, with only 520 hours of use, and equipped with a bow thruster. It also features a genset installed in 2022 (only 30 hours of operation), air conditioning from 2023, and a desalinator also from 2023. Electric toilets were replaced in 2023 as well.

We find two comfortable cabins: a double cabin and a twin cabin convertible into a double. Each has its own bathroom. The salon can be converted into double sleeping area, providing ample accommodation. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a ice maker.

The interior and exterior woodwork are in excellent condition, and the navigation electronics were updated in 2018 with a complete Raymarine system.

Outside, the cockpit teak has been recently renewed and is in superb condition. The teak on the flybridge and sunbathing area was redone in 2026.
