Everything inside is designed with quality and durability in mind. Although the Asterie is primarily a Day Cruiser intended for daily outings, it has the merit of being equipped with a small cabin featuring a real toilet area with a shower.
The whole is fitted with several storage spaces including cupboards and closets, and features a rather strict decoration that helps it resist aging in a marine environment.
EXTERIOR LAYOUT
The main part of this boat is outside.
First, you access it via a generous swim platform which optionally includes a superb built-in swim ladder with 4 telescopic steps.
After passing through a gate worthy of an armored door, the aft cockpit has a magnificent sunbed composed of 3 removable parts with headrests. This surface serves as the engine hatch which, when lifted with a hydraulic strut, allows us to discover the large engine room space.
NAVIGATION
Equipped with 2 Yanmar diesel engines, this model reaches a cruising speed of 25 knots with consumption at this speed of just 50 liters. With its width and very low center of gravity, the Asterie has good overall balance while slightly bow-raising at mid-range to avoid spray, also benefiting from shaft line transmission with splined propellers offering easy maintenance, more robustness, and better efficiency
