The propulsion relies on two Perkins diesel engines of 250 horsepower each, totaling approximately 2,400 hours. Known for their reliability and longevity, they benefit from diligent maintenance with supporting invoices: turbochargers replaced or reconditioned, new exchangers, fuel lines replaced, regular maintenance, replaced filters, and brand-new engines batteries in 2024. The shaft line propulsion ensures healthy and safe navigation, with controlled consumption of about 10 liters per hour per engine. Access to the engines is directly from inside, facilitating regular maintenance.
Built in 1989, this Antares 11.20 has a length of 11.20 meters and about 3.30 meters of beam. Its polyester hull and marine design make it a solid, stable, and reassuring boat, capable of comfortably hosting 6 to 8 people while sailing.
The interior impresses with its volume, brightness, and functionality. The saloon is spacious, well laid out, with recent upholstery and a convertible sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, pressurized sink, recent refrigerator, and microwave, offering ample storage space. Two separate cabins allow for real nights onboard, complemented by a head with marine toilet, sink, and shower. The headroom is comfortable, natural ventilation is effective, and the entire interior is healthy, ready for extended cruises.
The exterior spaces are particularly generous. The flybridge features its own helm station offering excellent visibility and true sailing pleasure. All covers are new or recent, including a flybridge cover never mounted, a camping tarp, and protective covers.
Regarding technical equipment, the boat has new engine batteries, service batteries, a solar panel for maintaining charge, a shore charger, and a recent bilge pump. General maintenance is carried out diligently: regular antifouling, anode replacements, and interventions by recognized local shipyards in Propriano and Valinco.
There is an option to take over the annual berth rental.
