No irregularities to report on this unit. All hatches and portlights are in good condition. The boat is regularly serviced by professionals, so the exterior is very clean. The Teak parts are well maintained. No chips or deformations on the hull and superstructures were observed.

Interior:
Probably even better than inside. This boat is treated like a secondary residence by its owners, who are very attentive to interior cleanliness. Everything is in good condition.
