This Trireme 43 is a beautiful offshore cruising yacht, the hull was built in steel in 1983 by the "CHANTIER NAVAL DE BIOT" shipyard based on the plans of architect François CHARPENTIER, renowned for designing the series of TRIREME sailing vessels, models ranging from 43 to 60 feet.
It is a boat designed for comfort while sailing and livability during stops. The hull with triple chines is made of welded steel plates on T-shaped longitudinals. The thickness of the plates is 4mm for the upper chine, 5mm for the middle chine, and 6mm for the bottom chine. The reliability of the construction by the "CHANTIER NAVAL DE BIOT" shipyard and the protective treatment of the metal structure carried out by the original owner is of a quality rarely found in similar units.
