VESSEL DESCRIPTION:
SLOOP type sailboat, model CORNET, built in 1948 by CN DU FORT CARRE in ANTIBES. This legendary racing sailboat, 10.30 meters long and 2.64 meters wide, was fully constructed in wood and weighs 7 tons.
The electrical system has recently been completely refurbished throughout the vessel. The hull has been varnished and is in very good condition.
The boat has a genoa and a mainsail, both in new condition, plus the old sails and a protective dodger. The spinnaker is red. The mooring lines and ropes are new. The navigation instruments, including a depth sounder, are in like-new condition. The vintage toilet is in good condition, but the manual pump will need replacing, and the windlass will require restoration. The stove and refrigerator are recent.
