"TELSTAR VI refers to the chronology of ownership, custody, or location of a historical object. The term was originally mainly used in relation to works of art, used in similar senses across a wide range of fields, including archaeology and manuscripts."
TELSTAR VI is constructed with a teak and oak hull. It underwent a substantial refit in Malta from 2012 to 2019, during which it was completely stripped, partially replanked, with beams and flooring replaced by laminated beams, resecured, and epoxy coated. The extensive refit allows for MCA certification.
