Architect of the Bepox 990, a sailboat that won the solo Transquadra 2018 – ahead of Figaros, Pogos, and JPK in double-handed races.

The boat thus falls into the ULDB (Ultra Light Displacement Boat) category
(Displacement Length Ratio: value used to quantify the relative weight of a sailboat. For comparison, the following sailboats are much heavier; Pogo 10.50 = 88, Pogo 12.5 = 86, RM 11.80 = 130, JPK 10.80 = 165).
Materials: Hard-chine hull made of plywood/EPOXY (extremely rigid, light, and durable), deck and coachroof in Airex/EPOXY sandwich (lightweight and thermal and sound insulating), carbon chainplates.
Ballasts (fresh water): 2 x 350 liters
Mast: Sparcraft 15 m aluminum, with running backstays and swept spreaders.

Layout: Three double cabins + two berths in the saloon, large storage spaces (notably under the companionway, with the possibility of storing surfboards, windsurf boards, and others ;)
No toilet installed, this choice was confirmed during our various trips/cruises. However, it is possible to install one.
French flag: Registered for 8 persons.
