The floating house is built with certified treated wood, offering durability and aesthetics. The floor consists of a galvanized plate covered with a waterproof membrane, PUR insulation, waterproof plywood, and PVC cladding for optimal comfort. The interior walls feature a membrane with PUR thermal insulation, covered with waterproof panels and decorated with commercial wallpaper, while the facade boasts an elegant VOX cladding. The ceiling in PVC completes the ensemble with a neat finish.

The fitted kitchen includes space for a stove, a range hood, functional cupboards, a sink, as well as a space for a refrigerator and battery. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet with ventilation system, a shower, a sink, and an electric fan for comfortable daily use.

Carefully considered openings include double-glazed reinforced windows with aluminum frames, sliding doors leading to the front terrace, two fixed windows, two PVC portholes, and a balcony door leading to the rear terrace. Inside, folding or hinged doors facilitate circulation.

The outdoor deck is covered with PVC flooring, protected by a railing and four balusters, combining safety and aesthetics. The sanitary system includes a hydropump, a 60-liter electric heater, a 400-liter freshwater tank, a 400-liter greywater tank, and level sensors for optimal management.

On the electrical side, the boat is equipped for 230V and 12V power supply with mooring connection. An electric heater with radiators creates a warm atmosphere. As an option, a FLOATING pack is available, including a Mercury 9.9 HP engine, a start battery, a 45-liter fuel tank, and a Victron Energy Off Grid solar system comprising two 360 W solar panels, a MultiPlus II 3000 KV, two 220 Ah batteries, and a control panel. For navigation and safety, cameras on port, starboard, and stern, navigation lights, and a typhoon are also integrated.
