Discover the HAUSBOOT HARMONIA 340L, a unique CUSTOM model designed to offer comfortable and durable floating living.

With a living area of 25 m², this floating house rests on a sturdy frame made of aluminum or galvanized steel, supported by polyethylene floats for excellent stability. Its certified structure is made of impregnated wood, ensuring longevity and moisture resistance.

The floor combines a galvanized plate, a waterproof membrane, PUR insulation, waterproof plywood, and a PVC covering, providing comfort and thermal protection. The walls feature PUR thermal insulation covered with a waterproof membrane and commercial wallpaper, while the facade is clad with modern and elegant VOX siding. The ceiling is covered with PVC for a neat finish.

The practical kitchen includes a designated space for a cooktop, a range hood, storage cabinets, a sink and battery, as well as a dedicated area for a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet with ventilator, a shower, a washbasin, and an electric fan for optimal comfort.

The windows, designed with aluminum frames and reinforced double glazing, include two fixed windows, two PVC portholes, as well as sliding doors leading to the front terrace and a balcony door to the rear terrace. Inside, doors can be folding or swinging depending on the chosen configuration.

The deck is covered with PVC flooring, complemented by a guardrail and four cleats for enhanced safety. The sanitary system includes a water pump, a 60-liter electric heater, a 400-liter fresh water tank, a 400-liter grey water tank, as well as level sensors for fluid management.

On the electrical side, the boat is equipped with a 230V/12V installation with mooring connection and electric heating through efficient radiators.

For a complete floating experience, an optional package includes a Mercury 9.9 HP engine with a starter battery and a 45-liter fuel tank. The Victron Energy Off Grid solar system includes two 360 W photovoltaic panels, a MultiPlus II 3000 KV, and two 220 Ah batteries, optimizing energy autonomy.

Finally, for safe navigation, the HAUSBOOT HARMONIA 340L is equipped with PS, SB, and AFT cameras, navigation lights, as well as a foghorn. The exterior color is customizable according to your preferences.
