Discover the SHOGUN HAUSBOOT DIY 12M, a barge designed for self-build enthusiasts. Its sturdy structure is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, providing a solid and durable foundation. You will appreciate the presence of two secure terraces with balustrades: one at the front and a technical one equipped with a dedicated furniture and supports for attaching an additional balustrade on the upper deck.
To ensure optimal buoyancy, eight watertight compartments are securely fixed beneath the hull. The exterior is clad with Kerra PVC panels, while the double-glazed PVC windows blend seamlessly into the facade. Access is secured with a rear entrance door and another at the front, both fitted with a patented lock. Inside, the bedrooms and bathroom feature tilt-and-turn windows with a reinforced sealing system.
The floors of the two levels rest on waterproof formwork and OSB panels, protected by thermal, acoustic, and humidity insulation, with polystyrene foam and a vapor barrier film. The interior floor is covered with high-quality, water-resistant vinyl tiles, while the bathroom features ceramic tiling. The upper terrace is carefully protected against leaks with a bituminous waterproofing system combining OSB planks and heat-welded self-adhesive sheets.
The exterior walls of the technical rooms are thermally and acoustically insulated with polystyrene, covered outside with a vapor-permeable membrane and inside with a vapor barrier film. The whole is finished with plywood and OSB panels for added durability. The electrical system is discreetly integrated into the walls, while sanitary equipment includes connections for the bathroom and kitchenette, with a 240-liter water tank and a 250-liter sanitation tank, both equipped with level sensors.
The SHOGUN HAUSBOOT DIY 12M also offers air conditioning with optional heating for optimal comfort. The structure includes a mechanical system that allows lowering the upper shelf, which itself is fully insulated against thermal, acoustic, and humidity variations. The interior partitions, finished with wall panels, ensure excellent sound insulation.
Designed to enjoy sunny days, the roof is prepared to host a sunlit terrace. The pontoon terraces, located on the upper deck at the front and rear of the lower deck, are clad with durable WPC panels. Optionally, a guardrail can be installed on the upper terrace according to a specific offer, ensuring safety and peace of mind during your relaxation moments.
