The functional kitchen includes space for a cooktop, a range hood, storage cabinets, a sink with fixtures, and a dedicated spot for a refrigerator. The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet featuring a ventilator, a shower, a washbasin, and an electric fan for optimal comfort.
