The upholstery and covers are in good condition. The swim platform teak and cockpit teak start to show some signs of wear in high-traffic areas. The hull shows no particular issues. The deck needs a good cleaning and polishing of the non-slip areas. Exterior: The hull and superstructure are free from delamination or crazing points. The spacious teak swim platform is in good condition, although the central joints are starting to fade. In the cockpit area, all upholstery in the saloon is in very good condition, as well as the helm seat. The control dashboard is very comprehensive, and all navigation instruments are operational. The camping awning is equipped with front panels of acrylic and micro-perforated sections. The ice maker has been removed and replaced with storage compartment. Interior: Flooring, woodwork, carpets, upholstery—all are in very good presentation condition. The owner's cabin is separated. The mid-cabin and convertible salon provide 4 additional berths. The galley is equipped with a ceramic hob and a large refrigerator with freezer. At the foot of the port stairs, the bathroom with electric toilet is quite spacious for a 36-foot boat.
