Designed, drawn, and fully built in Italy.
A large flybridge with a helm station framed by a large bench and a sunbathing area under the boom.
The helm station has a small motoryacht feel from which all maneuvers are easily performed.
Technical and visionary skills have led to an innovative project, respecting the distinctive features of the Dufour Catamarans style.
The flybridge of the Dufour Catamarans 48 is a key and distinctive element of this design.
Developed as a second cockpit, it considerably enlarges the outdoor living space.
The double access via the external staircase facilitates ascent from the aft cockpit.
It is equipped with a coffee table, surrounded by numerous seats and a large sunbathing area.
The Dufour Catamarans 48 combines elements that make it easy to handle in all conditions, even with a reduced crew.
Moreover, the angled boom facilitates lowering and secures the crew on the flybridge.
The rigging is optional to support a Code 0 or a gennaker.
The Dufour Catamarans 48 presents a perfect balance between the deck, cockpit space, flybridge, and forward deck divided by 1/3 of the total length.
It demonstrates a balanced design in terms of outdoor and indoor spaces, developed to offer maximum comfort in all seasons.

A spacious and convivial saloon and a large kitchen connected to both cockpits, generous cabins even in 5-cabin version. In the 3-cabin version, the owner benefits from the entire port hull including bathroom and separate shower.
