Description

The Atoll 37 is a cruising sailboat recognized for its sturdiness, comfort, and ability to navigate safely over long distances. Built by Kirie yard, this 1999 model offers an excellent balance between interior volumes, reassuring sea behavior, and equipment suited for extended cruising. With its 11.40 meters length and stable hull, it is perfectly sized for offshore navigation or long-term living aboard.

One of its major advantages lies in its central cockpit configuration with two wheel steering wheels, providing excellent visibility, increased protection during navigation, and smooth circulation on board. The boat is equipped with an autopilot and a 24 V electric bow thruster installed in 2020, greatly facilitating port maneuvers. The rudder ring was replaced in July 2024, ensuring reliable and precise steering.

The rig was fully modernized in 2020 with a roller furling mast and a roller furling jib, making maneuvers simple and secure even with reduced crew. These features are perfectly suited for long-term navigation programs.

The interior is spacious and functional, with three cabins providing genuine comfort for the crew. The main saloon is bright and welcoming, ideal for meals and relaxation. The galley is well equipped with a gimbal stove/oven, a large 130-liter 12 V refrigerator, and a hot and cold water sink. The sailboat has two complete heads, each fitted with a shower, toilet, sink, and its own black water tank, a true asset for living aboard.

Autonomy is a strong point of this vessel. It is powered by a substantial solar installation consisting of four solar panels, feeding both a 12 V AGM battery (2021) and a 24 V LiFePO4 battery (2024). A new portable 24 V desalination unit completes this setup, making the boat particularly self-sufficient at anchor. Hot water is produced by a 25-liter water heater operating on 220 V or through the engine heat exchanger.

Onboard electronics include a depth sounder, a wind gauge, a speed indicator, and an EZVIZ camera with WiFi casing and SIM card, providing additional monitoring comfort. The boat is also equipped with a shore charger 220 V to 12 V, a hot and cold water deck shower, a life raft (inspection needed), and an anchor with mooring gear.

Certified for 10 passengers in category A, this Atoll 37 is a healthy, well-equipped sailboat oriented for extended cruising, ideal for long-term voyages or comfortable, autonomous living onboard.
