CAP MED BOAT & YACHT CONSULTING presents this Dufour 44 Performance from 2005, available for viewing in Sete. Designed by Umberto Felci, this fast cruiser measuring 13.45 meters with a 4.25-meter beam combines the seaworthiness of a cruising sailboat with genuine performance potential. Second-hand, it is maintained and serviced by a professional sailor.

The boat recently returned from a seven-month trip in Greece, covering approximately 3,010 nautical miles: its reliable operation has thus been confirmed in real navigation, over a full season and far from its home port. Maintenance is regular and well-documented, with invoices to support: engine and shaft line servicing completed, last hull antifouling in May 2025, headroom refurbished in 2025, and rig in very good condition. The engine is a Volvo Penta D2-55 displaying around 3,800 hours.

The equipment is suited for offshore sailing and living aboard. Power and water autonomy are provided by a Dessalator desalinator (60 L/h), a hydrogenerator, 400 W of solar panels with MPPT regulator installed in 2025, and a Starlink connection to stay connected while sailing or at anchor.

Handling is eased by a bow thruster, a remote-controlled electric windlass with 90 meters of 10 mm chain, and two electric winches. The sail wardrobe includes a 125 m² spinnaker and an 80 m² gennaker, allowing full utilization of the sail plan’s potential on reaching courses.

An dinghy with electric Torqeedo motor and a 12 V snorkel system with 20 meters of hose are also included, ideal for hull maintenance at anchor and diving.

Seaworthy, comfortable, and fast, already well equipped, this Dufour 44 Performance spares the future owner many preparation costs before departure. It is well suited for cruising, extended voyages, or living aboard, with recent usage history and a ready berth solution.
