Nice small Dutch motorboat accommodating 6 people. Beautiful interior wood finish at the panelling level. However, this boat needs a refit. The interior helm station should be redesigned, ideally with a lounge area with banquettes that can be transformed into one or two berths (the navigation certificate allows 6 people on board). The owner’s rear cabin is unfinished, with no mattress, and it might be good to remove the generator located under the berth.
Docked on a canal, the owner holds a COT that can be transferred. Annual fee €350 in 2021.
