Nice little Dutch motorboat accommodating 6 people. Beautiful interior wood finish on the paneling. However, this boat needs a makeover. The interior helm station should be redesigned, ideally with a seating area with benches that can be converted into one or two berths (the navigation certificate permits 6 persons on board). The owner’s aft cabin is unfinished; there are no more mattresses, and it might be good to remove the generator located under the berth.
Docked at the edge of a canal, the owner has a COT that can be transferred. Annual cost €350 in 2021.
