Fairline Targa 44 Gran Turismo

CAP MED BOAT & YACHT CONSULTING presents this Fairline Targa 44 GT from 2009, an express cruiser with a hard top from the British manufacturer Fairline, second hand and located in Marseille. With its 13.68 meters length and 4.04 meters width, CE approved category B for 8 persons, it combines the sporty lines of the Targa series with true cruising comfort.

The engine has been fully reliability tested: two Volvo Penta D6-370 IPS500 engines with 370 hp approximately 1,000 hours, both IPS pods replaced with new ones a month ago (only 50 hours), and the turbos recently overhauled. The four heat exchangers were replaced last year, the diesel cooler and hoses changed, the alternator and starter replaced three years ago. Maneuvers are performed via the IPS joystick, a real plus at the dock.

The layout offers 2 cabins and 2 heads equipped with electric toilets, with upholstery completely reupholstered. Onboard comfort is complete: Frigomar 410 reverse cycle air conditioning, freezer, refrigerator, ice maker, TV, and satellite antennas. An additional 400-liter water tank supplements the original 320 liters to extend anchoring stays.

Outside, an electric hard top (with replaced chariot), teak cockpit with cushions, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink, and cooking plate, hydraulic passerelle, swim ladder, and electric windlass with chain replaced.

The navigation station includes a complete Raymarine electronics package: GPS plotter, autopilot, sounder, and radar, complemented by VHF. Autonomy is ensured by a 4.5 kW Onan generator (major overhaul a month ago), a 220 V circuit with shore power plug, battery charger, and inverter, as well as an electric bilge pump.

A 3D Tender dinghy with a two-year-old Mercury engine is available as an option.
