BREAKING NEWS!!

On Saturday, March 15 2025, the UVAI 2024 “Shipwright of the Year” award ceremony took place in Rome's Ostia port. It was presented to Salvatore Costanzo for the success of his QQ7 boat, which won first place in the 0 class. The UVAI classification saw over 600 boats compete in 59 races, both inshore (BOE technical races) and offshore (long-haul races).

- 2024: QQ7 officially started the 2024 regatta season, racing as its first race in early May, “La200”, with a course Caorle-Grado-Sansego (CR)-Caorle, obtaining first place in Class 0-A and 4th place overall.
In addition, just last week, with departure May 26th and arrival Friday, May 31st, QQ7 participated in the prestigious international regatta “La500”, with route Caorle-Sansego (CR)-Tremiti Islands-Sansego-Caorle, coming first overall Line Honours and obtaining first place in Class 0-A and 4th place overall.

- WINNER - 2023 First in the Italian offshore championship in crew and first in class A. In addition to the victory at regatta Barcolana 55 in class A and at regatta Veleziana 2023 in class A, “QQ7” boat has proven, as a result of many modifications, to be a winning boat both in ORC competitions in compensated and in real in class A.

- PRIZE 36TH EDITION OF THE COPA DEL REY MAPFRE.

Boat always achieved multiple victories over the years and, in 2017, it won the first prize at the XIV edition of “Regatta of Cetaceans”, it was ranked first in the IRC Corynthian category at the prestigious Copa del Rey in Palma de Mallorca and lastly, at Tour de Corse, secured third place in the ORC category and fifth in real time.

During the recent IRC European Championship in Sanremo, we succeeded in obtaining an excellent 2nd place in corrected time on race 06, as well as 5th and 6th places about one minute later than the boat in 3rd place.

Apart from that, there are 9 Olympic racing sails, all manufactured within the last 12 months (practically new) as well as an additional 16 spares including 5 spinnakers.

During 2022 and early 2023, major refitting and improvements were carried out on both the boat's bulb and hull, as well as on the set of newly purchased sails and, moreover, the onboard electronics.

Built in USA by Goetz shipyard in 2003 with no budget limit.

The boat, viewed from its interior, generates so much emotion as if it were so well built, highlighting the special Kevlar hull construction.

Complete and careful refit carried out during 2016/2017, with the entire boat rechecked and all worn parts replaced piece by piece.

The tailor-made boat cradle is owned by the boat itself.
