The Franck Roy boatyard was founded in 1998 by Franck Roy, a passionate of boats and vintage cars. Originally trained as a shipbuilder, Franck Roy worked for over ten years at Sysba Marine and Latitude 46 before creating his own boatyard. The yard quickly gained recognition for its neo-classical sailboats, combining traditional aesthetics with modern technology. In 2019, the yard was acquired by Romuald Tuffery, a young Vendée-based entrepreneur, who aimed to modernize processes while preserving the know-how and DNA of the yard. Despite challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the yard continues to produce high-quality boats appreciated for their design and performance.
The Solenn 23 is an exceptional sailboat, ideal for navigation enthusiasts thanks to its neo-classical design and modern equipment. Its design by architects Alain Mortain and Yannis Mavrikios, as well as its construction by Roy Franck Construction Navale, make it a reliable choice for coastal or inland waters navigation. Its spacious cockpit and high-quality equipment provide optimal comfort for life on board.
