General condition:
This unit is in superb condition for its 24 years! The exterior woodwork is beautiful, the teak is in good condition with its original patina. The openings are in good condition, the equipment is up to date. This third-hand unit has always been well maintained by its owners.

Exterior:
No teak peeling points were observed on the entire deck of the boat. Same at the flybridge. The handrail varnishes have been recently redone and are in very good condition. The hull and superstructures show no defects. All flybridge covers and biminis were replaced in 2022 and are in almost new condition. The stainless steel frame is also new. 1200w solar panels have been installed on a stainless steel structure. The workmanship is very neat.

Interior:
The spaces here are superb, typical of Grand Banks everything is designed to feel comfortable. The condition is superb. The woodwork is all in very good condition. Some very slight varnish peeling points are visible on some window frames, mainly on the front windshield. Only one infiltration point was found on the port side windshield, which has now been treated and is dry. Otherwise, all the linings are in superb condition. All comfort equipment is operational.

Mechanical:
The port engine has precisely 1916 hours while we can consider that the starboard engine has 238 hours since a major overhaul. Indeed, in January 2022, the crankcase block as well as many peripherals were replaced with new parts (invoice and intervention report available) following a mechanical error during maintenance. The bilge and bilge bottoms visually look very good, no alarming corrosion or leak traces observed. The bilge bottoms are very clean.

Electronics and electricity:
On this point, the boat is up to date and well equipped. The electronics are recent with all necessary equipment (GPS, chartplotter, depth sounder, log, compass, VHF and AIS). Additionally, the boat is equipped with a WIFI amplifier with satellite antenna.
The generator and solar panels allow total autonomy electrically. 2 engine batteries and 2 service batteries from 2023. 24v bow and stern thrusters each with two independent batteries. The battery bank dedicated to the stern thruster is powered by the solar panels with its independent charge controller. A 3000W inverter also powers a 220v fridge when the boat is not docked.
