Jeanneau NC11 2012 with 298 hours Length 10.55m Beam 3.74m Draft 0.95m
-Accommodation: 2 cabins with 6 berths,
-a well-equipped bathroom with electric toilet, shower, and sink,
-a kitchen with an oven, stove, cooktop, and refrigerator,
-comfort equipment including a convertible salon (the front salon bench can fold to form a double seat facing the sea), as well as full curtains and a helm curtain for privacy.
-Fore sunbathing area with cover. Camping kit that fully closes the boat at the rear, teak aft deck, bathing platform, and a swim ladder. Electric sunroof. Offshore equipment including survival raft valid until 2028.
-Instrumentation: fish finder, GPS, fixed and portable VHF, chartplotter, and autopilot brand GARMIN.
-Engines and equipment: VOLVO D3 DUOPROP Z-DRIVE 2x200 HP TURBO DIESEL with only 298 hours, average consumption of 40 liters/hour, 2 stainless steel tanks with a total capacity of 720 L. Bow thruster with electric windlass 1000 W, 50 m chain with remote control from the helm + remote in the chain well.
-Engine batteries - 2 X 110 AMP.
-Service batteries - 3 X 110 AMP replaced in 2023, LG 400W solar panel with Victron MPPT regulator - New dinghy with 2hp engine, 8 fenders + 2 fenders and a passerelle.
- Major overhaul in 2023: engine oil change, drive leg revisions, bearings and bellows replaced. No sailing planned in 2024, no expenses to be expected, ready to sail.
