This unit is in excellent condition both mechanically and aesthetically.

General condition:
This 2009 unit has been particularly well maintained. All equipment is fully operational. Maintenance records are clear.
Exterior:
The entire hull is in excellent presentation condition, the original white is well maintained and the boat is in very good overall condition. We can observe some minor imperfections related to the 15 years since commissioning.
All electrical and electronic equipment have been tested and are in excellent condition, well maintained and functional.
Interior:
The bilges are dry and clean, with no signs of moisture or infiltration. No unpleasant odors. The upholstery and flooring are in excellent condition. The same goes for all linings and wooden surfaces. Again, the interior presentation condition shows that the unit has been particularly well cared for. The linings used by the manufacturer for bed frames and headboards are of poor quality and have cracked over the years. Apart from this exception, no particular remarks.
Mechanical:
The boat is serviced annually. Invoice records available. Everything is up to date and ready to sail.
Major engine overhaul in 2022 including heat exchangers, elbows, water pump servicing, starters. The last major work on the IPS was in 2021 with replacement of discs, vertical shafts, intermediate shaft, and seals. Maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations in 2022 and 2023, same for the engines. Same for the generator (last overhaul in 2023) currently 160h.
The engine compartment is very clean and dry. No trace of leaks found on the two engine blocks.
Equipment:
All electronic (GPS, sounder, autopilot, navigation center), electrical (windlass, hardtop, tender garage, lighting, comfort equipment...) and hydraulic (gangway) equipment on the boat have been tested and are fully operational. No malfunctions to report.
