SAILBOAT from the Jeanneau shipyard, SUN FIZZ, very seaworthy from 1985.
Sailboat equipped to be very comfortable both for family outings with children and for solo sailing all year round.
Owner for family use since 2003.
Inside: The walls of the 3 cabins have been covered with beautiful wood veneers to add warmth. All cushion and mattress covers in the saloon and cabins were redone in 2022. Orange color, therefore very bright. There are 3 cabins + saloon: very comfortable sleeping for 8 but there are also 2 bunks and a bench, thus offering sleeping space for 11 people... for a regatta, for example! Hot water / fridge / toilet with shower.
The interior electricity was done to allow everyone to have small reading lights in their bed. Real chart table. Numerous storage spaces - Water: 2 tanks Navigation aids: -Garmin chart reader -AIS (receiver) -VHF -GPS - autopilot (the pilot works very well but the external screen no longer displays)
Engine and batteries: -Perkins 4108 engine: approx. 6,300 hours (we have only run 1500 hours since 2003!) -3 onboard batteries: 3 x 210 amps: June 2022 -1 starter battery: 120 amps: June 2022 -1 windlass battery -1 switch -dual charging alternator -
diesel: 140-liter tank -new starter and charger: July 2022
SAILS: -genoa on roller furler -full batten mainsail with 3 reefs -asymmetric spinnaker with sock -roller furling stay for storm jib -storm jib -storm jib with 2 reefs Note: The mainsail and genoa are old and very worn.
DECK EQUIPMENT and MISCELLANEOUS: -Mainsail track: Harken -log -Maxprop three-blade propeller -dinghy and Yamaha outboard motor -gangway -stern safety ladder (to facilitate launching) with stainless steel bracket. Safety ladder not serviced. -access hatch to steering system -depth sounder (old but works) -preventive anti-osmosis treatment done Nov 2010 -main anchor to be replaced but there is a new secondary anchor with approx. 25m chain and approx. 30m rode.
