General condition:
Although the reputation of Linssen shipyards is well established, it is still impressive to see how well this unit is presented in every aspect. 10 years after commissioning, the boat looks like it just left the production lines. No damage is observed on the hull and superstructures. No corrosion points have been found.

Exterior:
The most striking feature of this unit is the combination of a proven hull with modern electrical and electronic equipment. The hull paint and superstructures are consistent with their condition when leaving the factory. No dents are reported on the hull. The rub strip is perfectly in place. All railings and all fittings are in excellent condition.
In the cockpit area, the teak is in very good condition. At the helm station, once again, the unit is in excellent condition and as per original factory condition.

Interior:
Inside, this unit is in excellent condition. The boat has been particularly well maintained and serviced by its owners. All paneling is in place, the floors are in excellent condition, and the light woodwork is also in excellent condition. These contribute to the modern look of the unit.
The boat is equipped with numerous comfort features, enabling a wide range of navigation programs without setting foot ashore for several days. In addition to six berths, the sophisticated furniture offers an abundance of lockers and storage spaces. The salon, galley, and rear cabin have a high ceiling height that makes the interior space very comfortable. Movement inside is very easy.

Mechanical:
The engine is a Volvo Penta D3 150hp with 2892 hours. It does not have a heat exchanger, which simplifies maintenance. Starting is easy, with no unusual noise or smoke. Visually, the engine is very clean with no signs of leaks or corrosion. The bilge bottoms are particularly healthy, clean, and dry.
This unit is very economical. The average sea consumption is around 10L/h and 3.5L/h on inland waterways. Fuel reserve is 820L.
The boat comes with a 3.25m dinghy and an electric Torqeedo motor with 2 batteries.

Electronics:
This unit is equipped with all necessary navigation equipment. GPS, chartplotter, fishfinder, radar, VHF, Navtex, autopilot, chain counter, Glomex. All these devices are original, current, and operational.
