General condition:
This American-built motor yacht has a strong reputation. Luhrs offers unique boats with extremely safe seakeeping qualities for facing all conditions. This 9m unit is powered by 2x 260hp engines, further enhancing its secure handling.
17 years after commissioning, this unit is in very good condition, with the hull looking beautiful and showing no signs of aging. The superstructures are also in very good condition. All electronic equipment is up-to-date and fully operational. The engines are serviced annually and run perfectly.
Exterior:
The hull shows no defects and is very glossy. No flaws to report on the rub rail. The superstructures are also flawless; the gelcoat quality is superior to what is commonly seen on vessels of this size. In the cockpit, all white surfaces are very bright with no marks or crazing. Only one modification has been made on the port and starboard gunwales to install new rod holders and adjust their orientation. Otherwise, the boat remains entirely original. The flybridge structure is in good condition. The upholstery at the flybridge helm, aft cockpit, and forward sun lounge is recent and in very good presentation condition. The helm and co-pilot upholstery are original and show normal wear.
Interior:
The interior of this boat has been lightly used; the upholstery and flooring are in good condition. The bathroom appears never to have been used. The only downside is that the refrigerator is currently out of order. All linings are of high quality and in very good condition.
Mechanical:
The two 6-cylinder inline Yanmar 260hp engines are visually in good shape. No visible leaks, bilges are clean and dry. Before the 2024 season, the exhaust elbows and turbos were replaced. The last heat exchanger maintenance dates back to 2022.
Starting is immediate on the first attempt with no hesitation, smoke, or abnormal noise.
Average consumption is 60L/h for both engines combined at a cruising speed of about 16 knots.
