Overall condition:
This American-built yacht is renowned for its reputation. Luhrs offers unique boats with extremely safe maritime behavior to face all conditions. This 9m unit is powered with 2x 260hp engines, contributing to its reassuring handling.
17 years after commissioning, this unit is in very good presentation condition; the hull is very beautiful with no signs of aging, and the superstructures are also in very good condition. All electronic equipment is up-to-date and operational. Engines are serviced annually and run perfectly.
Exterior:
The hull shows no defects and is shiny. No issues to note with the transom. The superstructures are also in excellent condition; the gelcoat quality is significantly better than typically seen on units of this size. In the cockpit, all white parts are very shiny without marks or scuffing. Only one modification was made on the port and starboard edges to install new rod holders and adjust their orientation. Otherwise, the boat is entirely original. The flybridge structure is in good condition. The upholstery on the flybridge helm station, aft cockpit, and sunbathing area are recent and very well presented. The upholstery on the helm station and co-pilot seat are original and show normal usage.
Interior:
The interior of this boat has been lightly used; upholstery is in good condition and the flooring is also well maintained. The bathroom appears unused. The only drawback is that the refrigerator is currently out of service. All wall coverings are of high quality and in excellent condition.
Mechanical:
The two inline 6-cylinder Yanmar engines of 260hp each look good visually. No apparent leaks, and the bilges are clean and dry. Before the 2024 season, the exhaust elbows and turbochargers were replaced. The last work on the heat exchangers was in 2022.
The engines start immediately without hesitation, smoke, or unusual noise.
Average consumption is 60L/h for both engines at cruising speed of about 16 knots.
