2021 Maiora 30 Walk-Around
The new MAIORA 30 WALK-AROUND is designed, engineered, and built by the historic shipyard based in Viareggio, in close collaboration between the Maiora Style Center and the Turin-based design studio Quartostile. Awarded the prestigious “Best Evolution” trophy and the World Yachts Trophies Awards in Cannes, this model rewarded the shipyard for its ability to develop new models while maintaining the distinctive stylistic lines that have become typical of all MAIORA motor yachts. This new model can be registered under 24 meters, while it has an overall length of 30.50 meters and a beam of 7.50 meters, the largest in its category. The internal volumes and external areas are comparable to a 35-meter/115-foot Superyacht. The spacious interior is framed by large windows that allow much more light in and provide a complete and wide view of the outside, enhancing the interior's livability and giving it an even more spectacular appearance: a continuous environment with the outside — thanks to a generous ceiling height of 215 cm, typical of larger motor yachts. The main deck features the most appreciated large spaces: the bright saloon offers both a relaxation area with large sofas and a chaise lounge with a coffee table, and a dining area with a table and comfortable seating for up to 10 people. The layout aims to create dedicated areas for the crew without disturbing the presence of guests onboard. The crew has access to the portside entrance to the galley, leading to the lower deck where a large dinette with seating, a table, refrigerator, sink, TV, and CCTV monitoring system are located. The laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is adjacent to the crew dinette. Two bunk-bed cabins and a single cabin accommodate a total of five people, with two bathrooms featuring showers, completing the crew area. Access to the wheelhouse is from a hallway created between the galley door and the living room door, for better guest privacy. The galley, highly optimized for onboard functionality, offers ample space for storing food and drinks for long cruises, thanks to large refrigerators and freezers providing a wide range of storage options. A generous wine cellar, an ice maker, professional appliances, and accessories complete the equipment. The Master Stateroom, forward on the main deck, is designed to enjoy spectacular sea views even from the bed and features a large bathroom with a double sink. This suite is complemented by a comfortable vanity, which can be converted into a desk if needed. On the lower deck, the four-cabin layout includes two VIP and two twin guest cabins, each with spacious bathrooms and wardrobes with plenty of storage.
