Meridian 441 flybridge
length of 14.4 m - beam of 5.20 m - draft of 90 cm - semi-planing hull. 6 berths (2 double beds + convertible sofa). It is registered under French flag and date 2008.
2 cabins with 2 bathrooms. The aft cabin has its own bathroom with a real shower cabin.
The second cabin has direct access to the second bathroom from the interior. This bathroom is also accessible from the staircase. It features a boat shower, a showerhead, and a floor water drain.
The main accommodation includes a salon with a convertible sofa, a dining area with a table and 2 banquettes for 4 people, and a kitchen.
Below the salon, an access via a ladder leads to the interior hold, where a freezer and washing machine were planned to be installed – the space is prepared (but verification with Seb regarding installations and connections is recommended).
The flybridge is solid, with covers replaced in 2022, and features a sink, a table, and banquettes for 8 people. It serves as the helm station. The onboard electronics are recent: two engine screens, a 12-inch Garmin touchscreen GPS, a latest-generation hydraulic autopilot, VHF, and radio station.
The engines are two Cummins QSB 6.7 (960 HP total, under 50 hours, still under warranty – new and installed in 12/2023), with treated propeller shafts and revised reversers. Max speed: 26 knots, comfortable cruising at 12-14 knots + a powerful bow thruster with joystick simplifies maneuvers in port.
The technical equipment is up-to-date: the 4 flaps rams were replaced a year and a half ago; all through-hull fittings are bronze, and the underwater lights are recent. No maintenance required below the waterline.
At anchor, autonomy is excellent: Victron lithium batteries (12V), supplemented by discreet 1000 W solar panels, a generator, and engine alternators. This allows minimal generator use.
The windlass and chain are new (90m, 1200W, stainless steel anchor).
Attached to the aft platform, there is a hydraulic tender platform that lowers into the water, greatly facilitating launching the tender. (and allows sunbathing in the water too, but less marketable...)
The boat is also equipped with a 120 L/h desalinator, an 11 KVA 230V generator (serviced), a Liebherr ventilated cooler, a microwave grill, and electric cooktop.
Electrical systems are 12V and 230V.
Fuel tank capacity: 1800 L, fresh water tank: 500 L, plus a 120 L/h desalinator.
