Meridian 441 flybridge
length 14.4 m - beam 5.20 m - draft 90 cm - semi-planing hull. 6 berths (2 double beds + convertible sofa) French flag and dating from 2008.
2 cabins with 2 bathrooms. The aft cabin has its own bathroom with a real shower cabin.
The 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom directly from the inside. This bathroom is also accessible from the staircase. This bathroom has a boat shower, a showerhead, and a floor drain.
The main living area has a lounge with convertible sofa, a dining area with a table and 2 benches for 4 people, and a kitchen corner.
Under the lounge, access by a ladder leads to the interior hold, where we planned to install a freezer and a washing machine - so space is provided (but check with Seb about installations and connections).
The flybridge is solid, with covers replaced in 2022, it features a sink, a table, and benches for 8 people. It is the helm station. The onboard electronics are recent: 2 engine displays, 12-inch Garmin touchscreen GPS, latest generation hydraulic autopilot, VHF and radio.
The engines are two Cummins QSB 6.7 (960 HP total, less than 50 hours, still under warranty - new and installed in 12/2023), with treated propeller shafts and overhauled gearboxes. Maximum speed: 26 knots, comfortable cruising at 12-14 knots + powerful bow thruster with joystick makes maneuvers in port easy.
The technical equipment is up to date: the 4 flap actuators were replaced a year and a half ago; all through-hulls are bronze, and the underwater lights are recent. No expenses to anticipate below the waterline.
At anchor, autonomy is excellent: Victron lithium batteries (12V), complemented by 1000 W discreet solar panels, generator, and engine alternators. This allows very little use of the generator.
The windlass and chain are new (90m, 1200W, stainless steel anchor).
Attached to the aft swim platform, there is a hydraulic platform that lowers into the water, greatly facilitating boarding of the tender. (and also allows sunbathing lying in the water but that’s less selling...)
The boat is also equipped with a 120 L/h watermaker, an 11 KVA 230V generator (serviced), a Liebherr pro ventilated refrigerator, a grill microwave oven, and electric cooktops.
Electricity is 12V and 230V.
1800 L diesel tank and 500 L fresh water tank + 120 L/h watermaker.
