Meridian 441 flybridge
length of 47.3 ft - beam of 17.1 ft - draft of 2.95 ft - semi-planing hull. 6 berths (2 double beds + convertible sofa). It is registered under a French flag and dates from 2008.
2 cabins with 2 bathrooms. The aft cabin has its own bathroom with a true shower cabin.
The second cabin has direct access to the second bathroom from the interior. This bathroom is also accessible from the staircase. It features a boat shower, a showerhead, and a floor drainage.
The main living area includes a salon with a convertible sofa, a dining corner with a table and 2 bench seats for 4 people, and a kitchen.
Under the salon, access via a ladder leads to the interior hold, where a freezer and a washing machine are planned to be installed - space is provided (but confirmation needed with Seb regarding installations and connections).
The flybridge is sturdy, with covers replaced in 2022, equipped with a sink, a table, and benches for 8 people. It serves as the helm station. The onboard electronics are recent: 2 engine display screens, a 12-inch Garmin touchscreen GPS, a latest-generation hydraulic autopilot, VHF, and radio station.
The engines are two Cummins QSB 6.7 (960 HP total, less than 50 hours, still under warranty - new and installed in 12/2023), with treated propeller shafts and revised reverse gears. Maximum speed: 26 knots, comfortable cruising at 12-14 knots + a powerful bow thruster with a joystick making maneuvering in port easier.
The technical equipment is up to date: the 4 flap actuators were replaced a year and a half ago; all through-hulls are made of bronze, and the underwater lights are recent. No costs expected below the waterline.
At anchor, autonomy is excellent: Victron lithium batteries (12V), supplemented by 1000 W discreet solar panels, a generator, and engine alternators. This allows very limited generator usage.
The anchor windlass and chain are new (90m, 1200W, stainless steel anchor).
A hydraulic platform at the stern, which descends into the water, is attached to the swim platform, greatly facilitating boarding the dinghy. (And allows for sunbathing in the water as well but less of a selling point...)
The boat is also equipped with a 120 L/h desalinator, an 11 KVA 230V generator (revised), a ventilated professional Liebherr refrigerator, a grill microwave, and electric cooktops.
Electricity runs on 12V and 230V.
Fuel tank capacity of 1800 L and fresh water tank of 500 L + a 120 L/h desalinator.
