General condition:
This Monterey 415 is in the hands of its 3rd owner. This unit has been particularly well maintained by its previous owners and current owner. Both outside and inside, all equipment is fully operational and no major deterioration is to report.

Exterior:
The boat has a great look. Very sporty for its size. An improvement has been made on the T-top cap. Indeed, an extension of this cap has been done with a stainless steel frame painted with black epoxy paint reminiscent of the hull. The workmanship is very good, also providing a handrail to facilitate movement along the walkways.
As previously mentioned, the boat is very well maintained. No gelcoat cracks or failure points are to report. As every year, the hull will require polishing. All upholstery was redone in 2021. The flexiteck in the cockpit area was also renewed that same year. The only downside is that the aft sun pad was not refurbished at the same time and now shows wear related to the age of the boat.

Interior:
Firstly, it's surprising to discover the interior architecture of this boat. Very spacious, with good headroom, two cabins, two bathrooms, all compartmentalized. Being the flagship of the brand, special attention has been paid to the materials used in construction. Inside, this boat presents almost no defects, except for a slightly damaged piece of wall covering on the ceiling and some oxidation points on the mirrors in the forward bathroom.

Mechanical:
The engines and transmissions are meticulously maintained within the Volvo Penta network since commissioning. We have a clear history up to 2010. Visually, the blocks appear healthy without apparent leaks. Some components show surface rust traces, like silent blocks or the starboard alternator, but nothing unusual for a unit with rear-mounted engines. The starboard IPS was replaced as a standard exchange in 2023. Oil analyses are performed each season alongside engine and generator maintenance.

Electronic:
All equipment (GPS, chartplotter, fishfinder, radar, Loch, deck spotlight, autopilot, navigation systems) are from the year of the boat and in working order. On this point, the boat is particularly well equipped and ready to take to the sea.
