General description
I am offering for sale my North Wind 47 from 1987, a well-equipped boat that was fully renovated in 2008. All invoices for the work are available. This sailboat is perfectly single-handedly maneuverable and has a teak deck that has never been sanded, thus preserving its original thickness.

Ongoing work
Currently, several works are ongoing to ensure that the boat is in perfect condition:
- Removal of all layers of paint
- Complete sanitation down to the gelcoat

Significant work completed
The hull has been completely painted and lacquered with Pinmar navy blue paint. The superstructures have been painted white. The teak deck has been replaced with a 25 mm thick teak deck, glued without screws. Renovation and replacement of screws and cleats. Restoration and replacement of all Vetus windows. Replacement of all Lewmar hatches.
