Currently used as guest rooms at the quay without offering navigation, the owner operates the 5 cabins from Friday to Monday and confirms that the activity could be more significant but she does not wish so.
It should be noted that the owner has a COT for her boat, but it is linked to a tourism activity by a kind of agreement between the Municipality and Les Voies Navigables de France. Therefore, if a family wants to buy and use it as a houseboat, they must plan a tourist rental activity, without having an imposed tourist lodging quota.
Some modifications may be needed to improve restaurant facilities, but other solutions exist.
This boat is well suited for operation at the quay or while sailing. Some painting work is to be expected (as visible on our photos) to further improve its appearance. In charter, the barge accommodation will be used by the captain and the crew cabin can accommodate one or two hostesses.
