Currently used as bed and breakfast at the quay without offering navigation, the owner runs the 5 cabins from Friday to Monday and confirms that the activity could be larger but she prefers it to remain as is. It should be noted that the owner has a COT for her boat, but it is linked to a tourist activity through a kind of agreement between the municipality and Les Voies Navigables de France. Therefore, if a family wants to buy it and convert it into a residential boat, they will must include a tourist rental activity, although no specific tourist accommodation quota is imposed.
Some arrangements might be needed to improve the catering possibilities, but other solutions exist.
This is a boat well suited for quay operation or navigation. A few painting works are to be expected (as visible in our photos) to further enhance its appearance. In Charter, the barge master's accommodation will be used by the captain, and the sailor's cabin can accommodate one or two hostesses.
