SERA EXHIBITED IN CANNES BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 9 AND 14, 2025!
The Solaris 60 was launched in 2020. This model will set the standard for boat construction and design and will influence sailboat styling for the next ten years!
The Solaris 60 was designed to be a Mini-Maxi, meaning a high-performance sailing yacht with an overall length of 18.31 meters. This allows it to participate in offshore regattas in the Mini-Maxi class, notably for the main event in Porto Cervo.
The main innovation is in the cockpit where wheel stations are located at full width. This allows you to steer the boat without the cap shading and even see the hoist of the jib.
The depth of the hull sides allows for lowering the shrouds aft and raising them near the two steps. This solution is generally used only on very large boats over 140 feet. Additionally, the width of the wheel stations, even at port and during maneuvers, provides the helmsman with a clear view.
Revolving seats are available at the stern, offering the option to helm while seated.
The interior features a classic Solaris layout: a galley slightly hidden behind two steps at the front and, for the first time, two aft cabins with twin or double beds and a large window facing the cockpit interior. The owner’s cabin at the front is very spacious, with plenty of storage and the option to choose between a side or central bed.
The crew cabin, also at the front, has a separate bathroom.
The dinghy garage with longitudinal access (3M) hardly encroaches on the aft cabins.
