General condition:
This unit is in very nice presentational condition, the blue part of the hull requires polishing but aside from this, everything is carefully maintained and in navigable condition.
Interior:
The linings are in excellent condition, as are the woodwork and upholstery. The floors show no defects. The bilges are clean.
Exterior:
Except for the hull which requires polishing, we have observed no gelcoat chips on either the hull or deck. The teak is in very good condition in the cockpit area, wear is slightly more advanced on the aft section. The upholstery is in very good condition. All hydraulic components are in working order.
Mechanical:
Maintenance is performed exclusively by professionals; at the start of the 2022 season, the IPS overhaul was completed. Nothing else to report; the boat is ready to sail.
