All-Aluminium Centerboard Sailboat – Philippe Harlé – Techniforme Yard - Series No. 5
A true long-distance cruiser, robust, seaworthy, and meticulously maintained
Built in aluminum by Techniforme Yard based on designs by Philippe Harlé, the PORTO 37 is an 11-meter all-aluminum centerboard sailboat designed for offshore sailing. Renowned for its sturdiness, marine qualities, and particularly functional accommodations, it represents an excellent opportunity for navigators seeking a reliable, autonomous cruising yacht capable of undertaking long voyages.
Featured by Voile Magazine in its September 2011 issue as "A seasoned voyager for connoisseurs," the Porto 37 benefits from a proven design that combines the durability of aluminum, the advantages of the centerboard system, and the recognized expertise of architect Philippe Harlé.
Its retractable keel allows access to shallow anchorages and fully exploits coastal navigation possibilities, while maintaining qualities of a true offshore sailing yacht.
A Well-Maintained Vessel with Regular Upgrades:
Acquired by its current owner in September 2011, this Porto 37 has received extensive technical attention, with numerous interventions, rebuilds, and upgrades carried out over the years.
Among the most significant work:

2025: repainting of the deck, coachroof, and cockpit.
2018: deck refurbishment with paint and non-slip TBS coating.
2024: refurbishment of the bathroom.
2018: saloon renovation.

Gradual replacement of several Harken winches in 2019 and 2020, including a genoa winch in 2025.
These works demonstrate a consistent commitment to preserving and upgrading this traditional-built sailing yacht.
Engine – Perkins Perama 30 hp
The vessel is equipped with its original Perkins Perama 30 hp engine, fully refurbished in 2017.
It has accumulated 2,930 operating hours since new, with only 560 hours since its complete overhaul in 2017, as of November 12, 2025.
Since this major work, the engine has undergone regular maintenance and reliability improvements: alternator revision, cooler cleaning, engine mount replacement in 2023, followed by starter, exhaust, and electrical harness replacements in 2024.
A well-maintained engine with documented maintenance history is particularly valuable for a long-distance cruising yacht.
Rigging, Sails, and Navigation Equipment:
The rig was completely overhauled in 2015 by Atelier Câbles, with additional work on the fittings and Profurl genoa furler.
The sail wardrobe includes a 2019 Sails Concept mainsail and a 2014 Sails Concept genoa. A 2019 lazy bag facilitates sail handling.
Electronic equipment features Raymarine instrumentation, a Garmin VHF, an AIS transponder, and a NMEA 2000 network connecting key navigation instruments. The Raymarine wind vane was replaced in 2024.
Autonomy and Comfort Onboard:
The Porto 37 also stands out for its bright and thoughtfully designed interior spaces for life at sea.
Its panoramic roof provides excellent natural light to the saloon, while the two cabins, ample storage options, and spacious volumes offer a comfortable environment for extended passages.
The boat is equipped with a Wallas heater, a wind turbine, and an 80 W solar panel installed in 2020, enhancing its autonomy at anchor.
A Yacht for Authentic Sailing Enthusiasts:
With its aluminum hull, all-aluminum centerboard, protected cockpit, and extensive equipment, this Porto 37 is especially suited for sailors prioritizing safety, simplicity, and versatility.
A true cruising vessel, its maintenance history, comprehensive engine refurbishment, and numerous upgrades are significant advantages for its future owner.
