Here is a sturdy and heavy long-distance sailboat. Sciomachen, its designer, aimed to build a vessel capable of handling rough weather, intended for true sailors (in his opinion, a 25 hp engine is more than enough). There are mainly two types of interior layouts: three or four cabins; some models feature a sheltered pilot house with a dual wheel, like this one. It is a very heavy boat (16 tons), not well suited for calm weather, but it allows comfortable navigation at 30 or 40 knots of wind without reducing sail.
