Spacious and bright saloon with beige alcantara corner bench at the aft port side, wooden table, desk.
Galley down, 4-seat dinette, convertible into a double berth.
Cooking hob, 2 gas burners, 1 induction plate.
12-volt refrigerator.
Single sink, hot and cold mixer tap.
4 lockers, cabinet with 3 large drawers, 2 cupboards, 1 cutlery drawer, 1 large drawer.
Forward, a double cabin with 2 separate berths, 4 lockers and 2 wardrobes.
Towards the aft, a corridor serving the shower room-toilet and WC, a large wardrobe and the spacious aft cabin.
The bathroom has a stainless steel shower tray, clean ceramic sink, fair condition.
WC with macerator on fresh water.
White ceramic tiles on the walls, good condition.
The aft cabin is bright, accommodating a double bed, 1 cupboard and 1 writing desk, 2 closed lockers.
The independent engine compartment opens into the saloon via a set of double insulated hatches.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE CONDITION:
Overall condition above standard given the age of the boat.
All bedding is covered with protective fabric.
The whole is clean and in good condition.
HULL CONDITION:
Not easily accessible.
Dry and clean.
Visible traces of water presence for some time, needs maintenance.
