Vedette Hollandaise Vedette 12m

Steel boat built in 1969 by Vandongen Shipyard, Netherlands.

It is equipped with a 1967 Ford tractor engine that runs very well, with 51 kW or 70 horsepower.

The cooling system is keel cooling, to be purged before long navigation, and convenient for wintering with antifreeze.

It has a bow thruster that works just for a little extra help in locks or port maneuvers.

The boat is equipped with a black/gray water tank,

Battery charger/inverter and a water heater.

The toilets are electric with water pumped from the Marne and a macerator.

The boat is well insulated, making it easy to heat electrically, and also has a small heater, probably oil-fired, never used.

There is also a reversible air conditioning in the bedroom.

It has many very practical storage spaces for daily life,

Kitchen with fridge, oven, and potentially a TV.

The batteries are approximately three years old.

The exterior paint was redone two years ago and again last year.

The last hull maintenance was two years ago.

The boat is livable and navigable, with a beautiful full-foot level surface and brightness.

Latest inspection carried out in April 2026.

New cover and €29,000 worth of work done.

The monthly port fee is €180 plus water and electricity.

Electricity costs about €60 during winter months.

The boat is currently located in a peaceful small harbor with very friendly neighbors, east of Paris, on the Marne, ideal for navigation outings.

Free parking and clean sanitary facilities.

Space cannot be guaranteed but is negotiable with the port.

RER A station is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride away.
