X-Yachts IMX 45

XO is a superb IMX 45 designed by X-Yachts and naval architect Niels Jeppesen. This sailboat perfectly combines performance and comfort. Ideal for IRC races, it was meticulously renovated in 2025 after more than 7 years without sailing. It also benefits from a very good IRC rating. Its design and equipment also make it an excellent choice for fast cruising and open ocean navigation.

The interior of XO was fully renovated in 2025. It is simple, spacious, and functional, accommodating up to 8 people. It features a comfortable salon, a large chart table on port side, and an L-shaped galley on starboard with a double sink, a new gas stove, and a refrigerator. The woodwork has been renovated and then varnished or painted white to enhance brightness inside.

The layout includes three cabins, including a fore cabin with a double bed, two aft cabins each with a double bed and a settee berth, plus additional sleeping options in the saloon. The saloon table comfortably seats 8. A bathroom with a shower and renovated toilet is located forward on starboard side.

The mast, boom, and spinnaker pole are made of carbon, and the standing rigging is rod. The rod rigging was replaced in 2018 and has logged no more than a hundred miles since then. The mast jack was renovated in 2025. The boat's wardrobe includes 2 mainsails (1 Dacron used only one day and 1 fiber older), 4 genoas (1 very clean on shackles and 3 others on luff track, currently unusable on the boat), 1 jib innersail (also on luff track), and 3 spinnakers in very good condition, including 1 asymmetrical.

The electronics are original but checked and functional. They can likely be upgraded depending on the future owner's plans. The boat currently does not have an anchor winch but it can be added, subject to negotiations regarding the price and additional equipment.
