Our new DF200AP engine is equipped with a revolutionary "hands-free" start system: a keyless coded contactless key transmits an access code to the engine's start system. When the contactless key is within one meter of the main unit, simply turn on the system, insert the kill cord, and start the engine by pressing a button. Back at the port, just turn off the engine and switch off the system.

The DF200AP is the first 200HP (147kW) outboard motor on the market equipped with Electronic Control System (Suzuki Precision Control) and Suzuki's Selective Rotation system, which allows configuring the engine for normal rotation or counter-rotation through a specially designed mechanism located in the lower unit (drive leg), and an innovative electronic gear shift system.
