The Suzuki DF6A outboard motor is a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine with a displacement of no less than 138 cm3.

Its excellent mid-range torque, combined with its light weight, allows for accelerations of remarkable quality. Its CDI system offers high-precision ignition, which optimizes its efficiency. It also features safety measures to prevent over-revving.

The design of the tiller handle provides the most comfortable operating position and better weight distribution. Notable features of this lightweight engine include a gear selector (forward, neutral, reverse), a 180° rotation (for excellent maneuverability), and a large carry handle.
