The Nicols shipyard is renowned for its high-quality boats, with innovative, clever, and atypical designs. Its friendly layout, meticulous finishes, and especially the construction designed to withstand the rigors of unpermited rental characterize this manufacturer's creations. This unit was launched in 2001. With two helm stations, it allows navigation in all conditions and is ideal for family or friends river cruising, with three well-separated sleeping areas, equipped with dedicated showers and toilets.
This former rental boat was sold in 2016 to our owner, who renovated it. Moreover, our owners completely transformed and re-equipped the boat to make it habitable year-round, which they carried out over an extended period. The insulation has been entirely redone, with two reversible air conditioners, external insulating shutters, instantaneous water heaters, chargers-converters, among other equipment, witnessing the transformation of the boat into a modern floating apartment.
The location is renewable subject to captaincy approval, at a rate of €1300 per year, water and waste disposal included, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
